| 9 | Basic Details Like Mobile no., Email ID, Nature of Business, Income Range, Networth |
| 10 | Obtain an undertaking by Partners for Account Opening mentioning Name of Partner Authorised for the same on behalf of Partnership Firm |
11 | Self-attested Passport copy of all Directors for Commodity account. |
